Information About Server Promotion Topics​

Hello,
Due to the increasing number of server promotion posts, we’ve made a few adjustments to prevent unnecessary clutter and to help your topics gain more interaction and visibility. Please read the following guidelines carefully before creating your server promotion thread.


There are no strict restrictions or limitations on what you can post. However, if you skip the important steps listed below, your topic may be closed or removed by the moderation team.

1. Provide basic information about your server.
   Include brief but clear technical details, the framework or base you’re using, and general information about the server management.
2. Mention your opening date and management team.
   Let readers know when your server will open (or if it’s already active) and share some details about the administration or development team.
3. Explain your economy, jobs, and custom features.
   Describe your economy system, available professions, and any custom vehicles, scripts, or add-ons that make your server unique.
4. Add visuals to your post.
   Make your thread more engaging by including at least three in-game screenshots. Visuals always help your presentation stand out.
5. Avoid spamming your topic.
   Don’t repeatedly bump your thread or post unnecessary replies. Our community values well-maintained, up-to-date topics with meaningful updates.
6. Include your contact information.
   Share your Discord, TeamSpeak3, Steam, or other social media links so players can reach you easily. Don’t forget to include your server IP address as well.

Additional Note

Before opening a new topic, make sure you actually need one. If you already have an existing server promotion thread, please continue updating that one instead of creating a new post for the same server.
